Sticky Fingers, Land of Pleasure (Album)Recommended to me by my friend Ryan as a reggae-rock band similar to Slightly Stoopid and Sublime...if you're a fan of either of these bands, you should without a doubt check out Land of Pleasure.

The Montgomery BrothersIt's hard to believe this band is comprised of four high-school kids, but for anyone into old-school jazz ripped off on an electric guitar, check these kids out. Here's a link to their website, since there isn't all that much content up on YouTube, and don't miss this recording of "Who's Lovin' You", originally by the Jackson 5.

The JuiceA reggae-bop band from Melbourne, they were playing at Settler's Tavern one night when I was out for a drink. Their lead singer raps off a string of indecipherable lyrics in Australianese, but it somehow works.
